Race Day Registration
We are utilizing a modern race day registration workflow that is smoother for participants and the race committee/volunteers.
Highlights:
- Never Close Online Registration
- Never sell out of shirt sizes (We will track how many you have for you)
- Participants can continue to be cashless
- Smooth and fast registration process
What you need to do to set up:
- Close Online registration at the start time for you race
- Have a QR code printed onsite (https://qr.io/) for participants to scan
- Setup your registration table to accept pre-registered and race day registration as the same spot
- IPADS or Laptops with internet connection (We can help you with internet)
- Provide registration volunteers
- If they have their own device,they can bring them!
For each device, log in to your race director dashboard > “Manage Registrations”
Then Search for the participant's last name and click “Assign Bib”:
The “Assign Bib” page shows you the participant information, including the shirt size for easy distribution:
Update the Bib Number Field with the next available number from a stack we provide and click “Save”. We do recommend writing the name on the bib number if the person is collecting more than one bib number/shirt to prevent confusion.
Paper Registrations on race day:
For participants who need to use a paper registration, simply write down the bib number on the paper registration, then the volunteers will enter the information as a “Mailed-In Registration”:
