The more context you include, the faster we can help. If your question is about an active race, please include the race name, race date, and any bib number or deadline that matters.
Messages are reviewed Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Eastern. Messages sent after hours, on weekends, or during active race operations may be answered the next business day.
A confirmation email is helpful, but it is not proof of registration. Find your race and open its participant list. If your name appears there, your registration is complete.
