Posting Meet Information on Athletic.net
Coaches can now post and update their own meet information directly on Athletic.net — no need to email anyone or wait for updates.
This gives you full control to keep your meet details accurate and up to date at all times.
Before You Start

You must be added as a co-host of the meet

If you don’t see editing options, contact the meet director to be added
How to Post Meet Information

Go to your calendar and open your meet

Click on the Meet Info tab
-
Choose one of the following:

Add Post-Meet Notes (for results summaries, follow-ups)
-
Posts tab → Add a Blog Post (for full meet details and updates)

Best Practice: Use “Posts” for Meet Information
The Posts section is the best place to communicate everything coaches need in one location.
You can:

Add new information
-
Update details anytime
-
Keep all communication centralized
What Meet Information Should You Include?
At a minimum, your post should clearly outline:
Core Details

Meet name, date, and location
-
Registration deadline (this is already displayed, but worth reinforcing if strict)

Entry limits (if any)
Competition Details

Order of events
-
Scoring format (how many places score, team scoring rules)

Field event attempts / starting heights
-
Implement weigh-in details (if applicable)
Financials
-
Entry fees / cost per athlete or team

Payment method and deadline
Logistics

Parking instructions
-
Bus drop-off locations

Facility map (if helpful)

Restroom availability
Awards

Medals, ribbons, trophies

What places are awarded
Additional Helpful Info (Highly Recommended)
