Manage Registrations
Managing your event registrations is simple and can be done right from your Race Director Dashboard.
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Start by logging into your Race Director account at FlexTiming.Pro or TriStateRacer.com.
Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your Upcoming Events screen, which lists all of your current and future races.
From this screen, click Edit Event beside the name of the race you’d like to manage.
Step 2: Access Race Director Tools
After selecting your race, you’ll be directed to your Race Director Tools dashboard.
This page is divided into three main sections:

Race Information Management – Update public race details like name, date, and location.

Registration – View and manage all your participants.

Other Tools – Access additional administrative and reporting features.
Step 3: Open “Manage All Registrations”
Under the Registration section, click on Manage All Registrations.
This tool allows you to:

Search for participants by name, email, or other fields.

Edit participant details (such as age, division, or event).

Delete a registration if necessary (e.g., duplicate entry or withdrawal).
Step 4: Edit or Delete Registrations
To make a change, simply click Edit next to the participant’s name.
You’ll be taken to an editable form where you can update any necessary information.
If a registration needs to be removed, click Delete. You’ll be prompted to confirm before the deletion is finalized to prevent mistakes.
Step 5: Confirm and Save
Once changes are made, click Save to update the registration record.
All edits will take effect immediately and be reflected on your participant list and reports.
Pro Tip:
If you’re managing a large event, use the search and filter options to quickly locate participants. You can also export your list for offline review or check-in.
