Mass Email Participants
The Email All feature lets you quickly send an update or announcement to everyone registered for your race. This is ideal for sharing race-day instructions, schedule changes, reminders, or post-race thank-you messages.

Log in to Your Account
Go to TriStateRacer.com and click Login in the top-right corner. Enter your username and password.-
If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.

Select Your Race Event
After logging in, find your race in the list and click the blue “Edit” button on the left. -
Send the Email
On your race dashboard, click Email All to compose and send a message to all registered participants.

Be clear and concise: Keep messages focused and easy to read—participants often view emails on their phones.

Use a clear subject line: Let recipients know what the email is about at a glance.

Time your emails wisely: Send important updates at least 24 hours before race day and reminders on the morning of the event.

Avoid over-messaging: Too many emails can cause participants to ignore future messages.
