Mass Email Participants

The Email All feature lets you quickly send an update or announcement to everyone registered for your race. This is ideal for sharing race-day instructions, schedule changes, reminders, or post-race thank-you messages.

  • Log in to Your Account
    Go to TriStateRacer.com and click Login in the top-right corner. Enter your username and password.

    • If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.

  • Select Your Race Event
    After logging in, find your race in the list and click the blue “Edit” button on the left.

  • Send the Email
    On your race dashboard, click Email All to compose and send a message to all registered participants.

Tips & Best Practices:

  • Be clear and concise: Keep messages focused and easy to read—participants often view emails on their phones.

  • Use a clear subject line: Let recipients know what the email is about at a glance.

  • Time your emails wisely: Send important updates at least 24 hours before race day and reminders on the morning of the event.

  • Avoid over-messaging: Too many emails can cause participants to ignore future messages.

  • Double-check details: Confirm that dates, times, and locations are correct before sending.
