Course
Start line at Quaker Steak and Lube, start out toward Cabela’s, turn up the main entrance and run through stop light and up the hill towards the Cabela’s distribution center. Circle through the parking lot at the distribution center (starting on the far left and ending on the far right), then down the Walmart hill. At the bottom of the hill, turn right down towards Kohl’s entrance. Straight across the entrance to Kohls, theater, all the way to the far end by new burger place, turn left follow road around the end of the development to Justice and then follow the stores all the way to the Target exit ramp. Up the ramp and around the bend back to the Quaker Steak parking lot for the finish line.
Entry Fees
Pre-registration fee of $25 for 5K
Fun Run is free.
Long sleeve dry fit shirts and a goody bag from Highland stores will be guaranteed for the first 200 5K registrants only!
Team discount for groups/families of more than 4 people in related costumes - $20 pp
Race day registration will also be available until 8 am ($30.00)

We will be recognizing the top registered 5K finisher in each of the following age groups:

· Top 3 overall male and female runners
· Top 3 male and female walkers
· First and second place finishers in each age group (17 and over) run and walk
· All kids in fun run will receive an award (t-shirts are for 5k registrants only)

CASA Superhero 5k and fun run
Every child needs a hero, but abused children need Superheroes.
Sponsored by the Christian Fellowship Foundation
This event benefits the children on CASA for Children’s caseload-
in Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel and Tyler Counties.
CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates
The Mission of CASA is to promote and support quality volunteer representation for abused and neglected children in the state foster care system, in order to provide each child with a safe permanent nurturing home. It is our goal to educate the community regarding its responsibility for abused and neglected children and to see to the best interests of the children we serve.
More Information
We encourage teams, runners, walkers and families with strollers (dogs too) to dress up as their favorite superheroes while competing in a fun, unique opportunity to race along the Highlands Shopping Center.
