Charity Information
St. Mary’s Medical Center Foundation and Cabell Huntington Hospital Foundation are excited to team up again for our second annual Colors for a Cure! Colors for a Cure is a 5K Walk/Run that begins at Pullman Square in downtown Huntington. It combines the efforts of many teams from the Tri-State area, including many cancer survivors.
Colors for a Cure encourages participants to wear colors representing all types of cancer. Proceeds from the event will benefit cancer patients in need at both St. Mary’s Medical Center and Cabell Huntington Hospital, as well as the Paul Ambrose Trail for Health (PATH).
Colors for a Cure also gets everyone to join together, creating community by forming teams and tailgating during the event. Awards are given away to the teams in various categories, such as Largest Team and Most Thoughtful Team.
100 percent of the money raised by C4C stays in the Tri-State area.
We hope you will join us in supporting our united fight against cancer by participating in this unique event.
