Flat road course goes thru Central Park, past Kings Daughters and finishes in front of the library. Same route as Poage Landing Days 5K.

Awards

Overall male and female. Top 3 male and female in each age group. Awards ceremony and door prizes will be presented following the race at the ampitheater behind the library . Medals will be given to top three overall male and female, top three male and female in each age division, and top three in the stroller division. The top three K9 finishers will also receive awards.

This race is being put on by Unity Baptist Church to encourage the community to get out and to be active. We want to not only reach the community spiritually but also to promote healthy living. This is not a race to raise money but to just be an outreach to the Ashland area. We are keeping the entry fee as low as possible. Whether you are a seasoned runner or just getting started, this race is for all levels. The race will be timed using pull tag timing. Race shirts given to all participants. Register by 10/18/16 to guarantee shirt size.
