Course

The course will begin in the parking lot by the Wave Pool.  It will run through a short grassy area onto pavement through a neighboring residential area.  The course will circle back around and lap through a park trail and conclude in front of the Wave Pool.  The course is relatively flat with some small inclines and declines.  Runners/walkers will be decorating cupcakes along the route.  There will be three stations along the route.  Station 1) Pick up a cupcake, Station 2) Add icing to your cupcake, Station 3) Top it off with sprinkles, carry the cupcake back to the finish line where the cupcakes will be judged for the best decorated!  The participation of the cupcake decorating during the race is optional.  Cupcakes will be available at the end of the race for the participants!
