Course

The course is flat with long straightaways through downtown Ashland. Runners start and finish in the middle of Ashland Central Park. The course is well marked. Runners will be coated in dye before, during and after race.

Entry Fees

$15 if pre-registered before June 11. Day of registration $20. No refunds. Race day registration will begin at 7am and end promptly at 8am. Proceeds benefit the Free Baseline Community Concussion Testing.

This race is not timed but be ready to have fun and get covered from head to toe in colored dye when you finish.

Pre-registration packets available 4pm-7pm, June 10, at King's Daughters Medical Center's Outpatient Services Center located at 480 23rd St., Ashland, KY. On-site registration begins at 7am. T-shirts are guaranteed for the first 500 participants. Door prizes and refreshments. You can walk, jog, run or crawl the 5K. this race is not timed so be ready to have fun and get covered head to toe in colored dye. Wear white.
