2nd Annual Cross Roads 5K

Course
The course begins and ends at the University of Charleston's Riggleman Hall parking lot.
The race is predominantly on Kanawha Avenue and Virginia Avenue with the turn-around at 38th Street.
The course is very flat and a great opportunity for a PR.
Restroom facilities are available in Riggleman Hall.
Entry Fees
Registration: $20 if registered online before 8am on October 8, 2015.
Mail-In Registration: $20 if received by September 30, 2015. Mail-in registrations will not be accepted after this date.

Race Day Registration: $25
Race day registration begins at 6:30am.
Race day registrants should arrive early enough to register before the start time of the race and we can only accept cash or check on race day.
Make checks payable to Cross Roads Pregnancy Care Center.
Age Groups
13 & under, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
There is also a team event. Fastest 3 runners on each team will have their times combined. The fastest combined time is the team winner.
Timing is done using chips on race bibs.
Awards
Awards will be given for the Top 2 fastest times in each age / gender group as well as the fastest team.
Shirts: All racers will receive a shirt if registered before midnight on September 30, 2015.
Registrations after this date are not guaranteed a shirt - REGISTER EARLY TO RESERVE YOUR SHIRT
Please note the extra charge for shirts sized 2X or 3X.
Shirts for race day registrants and on-line registrants after September 30, 2015, cannot be guaranteed and will be distributed as they are available.
Charity Information
This race is a benefit race for Cross Roads Pregnancy Care Center in Charleston, WV.
We are asking each runner to bring needed items as donations to the PCC. A donation center will be available at the race and all donations are greatly appreciated.
Requested donations are disposable diapers, baby wipes, infant/toddler clothes, baby bottles, or even car seats. Items must be new in the box.
These items are very useful to the families supported by Cross Roads.
