NOT every winner in the State Final will automatically advance to the National Final due to the Geographical Distribution Rule which states that at least 5 participants from each State Youth Program will compete in the National Final. A Participant may enter only ONE Local and/or District Meet and live in the state where he/she participatesSponsors
