Course

Directions: 1. Starting on Vaughn St. near the football field, proceed down Vaughn past the Jackson Middle School and then take a Right onto South Street. 2. Proceed down South St. and turn Left onto Main Street 3. Proceed up Main Street and then turn Left onto Portsmouth St. 4. Proceeding down Portsmouth, you will make a Right onto Broad Street and then a Left onto Oak Street. 5. Proceed on Oak Street and make a Left onto Ohio Avenue. 6. From Ohio Avenue, take a left onto South Street and then a right onto David Avenue. 7. From David Avenue, take a Left onto Tropic Street and proceed through the Middle School parking lot to the Jackson Track. 8. Make one lap around the Track and cross the Finish Line. (5K, 3.1 miles)

Entry Fees

Pre-Registered- $15 with checks payable to Jackson City Schools. Race Day Entries- $20 with checks payable to Jackson City Schools. *Return entry and payment ($15) by Friday, April 6th to insure T-shirt on Race Day. Late and Race Day Entries ($20)will be accepted with T-shirts to be ready approximately one week after the race.

Running Divisions:  Pre-school - 2nd Grade  3rd Grade - 5th Grade  6th Grade - 8th Grade  9th Grade - 12th Grade Adults: 18-24 25-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-59 60- above *Gender in Running Divisions: Female Male Walking Divisions: Pre-school - 5th Grade 6th Grade - 12th Grade Adults: 18-30  31-40 41-50  51-60  60-above * No Gender Divisions in the Walking Races.

Awards

- T-shirt for each paid participant. - Medals for the top runner in each race division. - Ribbons for places 2nd-5th place in each race division. - Plaques given to overall race winners. •Plaque given to male race winner. •Plaque given to female race winner. •Plaque given to walking race winner
