Course

Race will begin at the basketball courts in the Burnsville City Park next to the Burnsville Elementary School. Then to North Main Street to Circle Drive around to the Mike and Ike Plaza. There will be a water station here if you need it. Then retrace your steps back toward the school. You will cross the bridge and turn right onto Fulton St. Then follow the signs back to the finish.

Entry Fees

$15 for preregistration, $25 with a shirt and preregistration. T-shirts available for purchase on race day. Make all checks payable to: Mylan Park Foundation, Inc. *Children 6 and under are free.

This race is directly linked to Jamie Summerlin's 100 day run from Coos County, Oregon to Annapolis, Maryland. He will cover nearly 3500 miles in an effort to raise money and awareness in support of the Wounded Warrior Project, Vet Connections, and Operation Welcome Home. As he passes through Braxton County on his way to Maryland, the town of Burnsville will host this 5K run in honor of Jamie and his supported charities.
