Course

Swim half mile in Beech Fork Lake. Bike 15 miles starting from the beach and ride to route 152 on Beech Fork Road; turn right on 152 and then a quick left after the railroad tracks and another quick left onto Lynn Creek Road; turn right onto Lower Newcomb Creek Road and take this to Rt. 75 and turn right, this to the end and turn onto Rt. 152 and then back to Beech Fork. The course is flat and fast with the exception of the hill leading from the Beech Fork area. The run is 2.9 miles Duathletes will run 2.9 miles/bike 15 miles/run 2.9 miles

Age Groups

Age groups male and female every ten years in the triathlon and duathlon as well as Clydesdale and Athena in the triathlon. Relay awards are for first three teams in female, male and mixed.

To commemorate our ninth anniversay we are giving to the first 200 triathletes and duathletes a state of the art cycling jersey made by Mount Borah! This is an eco-friendly jersey that looks and feels great. Women's sizes will be available to order up to June 17th. All sizes thereafter will be in men's. Cycling jerseys due to cost are restricted to Triathletes and Duathletes only. Tech t-shirts for all other participants including those triathletes and duathletes after the 200 cycling jerseys are gone. There will be bags and a Dean Ornish spaghetti dinner the night before; custom made medals. Bikes may be dropped off the night before at Beech Fork Lake. All races start at 8:00 and are chip timed.
