Flat out and back course from the Kanawha State Forest Pool Parking lot and out to the Entrance of the Forest. Lots of shade and beautiful scenery in one of WV nicest State Parks.Entry Fees

Professionally Timed event including the kids run and fun time for all!! Plenty of Awards and Food and Beverages for everyone. Anyone that would like to volunteer and help out please let us know.
