Course

The course is flat and fast with the run and road bike segments on Kanawha Boulevard. The paddle is parallel to the Boulevard on the Kanawha River. All the action takes place between Magic Island and Daniel Boone Park. The start and finish is at Magic Island which is next to the I-64 bridge on the Kanawha River.

Entry Fees

$45 for solo participants and $40 per team member.

Age Groups

Male and Female: 19 & Under; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60+

Awards

Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall male and female solo. Awards to 1st, 2nd, 3rd in male and female solo age groups. Awards to 1st, 2nd, 3rd in each team category (Male, Female, Coed, Family).

This event may be completed by solo competitors or by teams of 2 or 3 individuals. Only one team member may participate in each of the three events.
