Course

Walkers and runners will begin on 3rd Ave. & 8th St. and heads east on 3rd Ave. The course then turns left onto 7th St. and then left again onto 5th Ave. It then travels west on 5th Ave. to 20th St. where walkers/runners will make a left turn onto 20th St. It then takes another left turn onto 3rd Ave. then looping back to the Big Sandy Superstore Arena where the course began. Entry Fees

Below are the registration fees and contest categories. Event participants from previous years, please read the details of your category closely as some slight changes have been made for this year’s special PATH to the Cure event. Please register by September 13th, 2013 at 7 am to ensure your t-shirt size. Individuals: Walker/Runner - Adult Age 18+ - $25.00 T-shirt and event bag committed to the first 2000 participants (adult + Youth). Event bib will serve as your ticket for entry to concert. Walker/Runner - Youth Age 11-17 - $15.00 T-shirt and event bag committed to the first 2000 participants (adults + youth). Event bib will serve as your ticket for entry to concert. Walker/Runner - Child Age 2-10 - $5.00 Kids - NO T-SHIRT. Participants will receive event bib which will serve as ticket for entry to concert. Walker/Runner - Toddler Age 0-2 - Free No registration required. Concert entry is free. Quick Donation - Unable to participate in the walk/run on September 29th, 2013, but wish to donate in increments of $25.00? Choose this option to support PATH to the Cure with a $25 registration fee; however no bib or t-shirt will be issued for this type of registration. Fundraising Webpage Only Unable to attend the walk/run on September 29th, 2013, but would like to raise money? Choose this option to create a personal fundraising webpage to collect donations from your friends and family via email and social networking. Note: No refunds. Bib numbers are non-transferrable. Teams: We encourage you to form teams and enter one of our many contests. During the registration process, you will be given an option to join an existing team or to create a team. Fundraising can be an individual process or a team process. Registration for teams ends on September 27th, 2013 at 7 am. Thereafter, you will be registered as an Individual. Awards

The first 2000 registered adult and/or youth walkers & runners will receive an event bag & t-shirt. Please register by September 13th, 2013 at 7 am to ensure your t-shirt size. There will be awards to the top male and female in each age group below. If you don’t pick up your medal at the event, we will be happy to mail it to you. Age Groups: 10 and under 11-14 15-18 19-24 25-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-59 60-65 66+ Top three overall male/female will be awarded Visa cards in the following amounts. If you don’t pick up your award at the event, we will be happy to mail it to you. 1st Place - $100 2nd Place - $75 3rd Place - $50 There will be prizes for the winners of the following categories: - Largest corporate team - Largest individual team - Best team shirt/name - Best spirited man - Best dressed dog - Best decorated tailgate spot
