Course

REGISTRATION AT 7 AM, RUN/WALK AT 8 AM. The race will start and finish at Western High School. The course is a mosty flat, rolling course around the Western (Latham) School District Campus, beginning and ending at the high school track. Volunteers will be stationed along the course.

Entry Fees

Entry into the walking or running category will be $25.00 if registered by June 30, 2020 and will guarantee a shirt to be picked up the morning of the race. All registrations after July 1st will be $30.00 and will guarantee a shirt to be picked up or shipped on a designated day after the race.

Age Groups

Our overall winners for the run will include top TWO MALES and TWO FEMALES, and these winners will not be included in the age categories. Age categories are: under 12, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 and up. The top three males and top three females will be awarded within each age category.

Charity Information

I am proud to announce that all proceeds from the Brandon C. Franzen Memorial 5k Run/Walk will be donated to Operation Untiltheresnone: No Buddy Fights Alone. Let us work together to lower and eliminate the amount of Veteran suicides related to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The fight doesn end when our soldiers come home. 

More Information

Registration will take place the morning of at 7 AM. The run/walk is expected to start promptly at 8 AM. All participants are welcome, but not required, to bring a non perishable food item to be donated to Pike County Outreach for those in need.
