Course

The course will begin at the Madison Park.  The course consists of paved paths and bridges.  There will be parts that cross across roads however, police will have roads blocked for safety.  A water station will be located 1/2 way through the run/walk on the trail.

Entry Fees

• Pre-registration fee: $20 (Includes T-shirt & Water Bottle & Bag)
• Pre-registration closes at 5 am the Friday before the race (Aug. 3rd)

Extra fees:  Registration fee increases $1.00 for shirt sizes 2XL & up: 2XL-$1.00, 3XL-$2.00, and etc. (limit: 5XL)

• On-site registration Fee: $25 *Cash Only on race day*

COMPUTERIZED RACE RESULTS WILL BE PROVIDED ONLINE

Age Groups

Age Category (use age on the day of race)

11-14;15-17;18-25;26-35;36-45;46-55;56-65;66-74;75 & Over.

Awards

Awards will be given for top overall male and female and top male and female in each age category.

Charity Information

All proceeds made will go to benefit the Healthy Lifestyle Program at Boone Memorial Hospital.

More Information

This is the 3rd Annual BMH 5K Run/Walk.  This is a fun family-friendly activity that encourages physical fitness and community involvement.  Enjoy live music and refreshments.  Please join us directly after the race for the Award's Ceremony.  Keep in mind, a photographer will be on-site snapping pictures.  Therefore, pictures will be provided on-line after the event.
