Course

The White Park Trails are wide, even, shaded walking trails through beautiful White Park. There are slight uphill grades that you then get to run down!

Entry Fees

5K Walk/Run & 1 Mile Walk:

0 - 5 years old: $10

Students (through college): $15

Adults: $20

NoK 5K: $25 all age groups
If you're not much of a runner or live out of town and still want to support our event this is the thing for you! Come the day of the event for fun and to cheer on the others. If you can't make it, we'll ship your shirt to you!

Registration starts at 8:00 am Saturday morning!

Charity Information

Mountaineer Area Young Life is celebrating 25 years of impact in 2018. We invite kids to follow Christ, care for them regardless of their response, and change lives in the process. It starts with adults who are concerned enough about kids to go to them, on their turf and in their culture, building bridges of authentic friendship. We believe in the power of presence. Kids' lives are dramatically influenced when caring adults come alongside them, sharing God's love with them. Because their Young Life leader believes in them, they begin to see that their lives have great worth, meaning and purpose.

Young Life in the Mountaineer Area currently is currently running ministry in Mon, Marion & Taylor Counties at all 8 high schools, WVU, and his WyldLife (middle school ministry) in Marion and Mon Counties.
